TeresaB Posted October 24, 2018 Share Posted October 24, 2018 I just started on my reintroduction and reintroduced non-gluten oatmeal for breakfast this morning and pretty instantly had reaction with acid reflux and gas. I was planning on having rice with my lunch, but since I am already feeling blah (after feeling so amazing on my Whole30), do I really need to continue to add these foods in today? I would recommend that you go back to Whole30 until you're feeling better and then possibly try a different non-gluten grain such as rice and see what happens. I was planning on doing the fast track reintroduction, but it may take me longer than I planned, since I may need to separate out certain foods, but no regrets I have definitely learned something.
