alyja09
I haven't read through it so I can't vouch for its recipes, but hey... Free is free, right? http://www.amazon.co...ref=oce_digital
Susan W
Just downloaded it. Free is a good thing. We can always delete it if it's bad.
Susan W
Okay just flipped through the book. Lots of non W30 recipes but also found some good stuff. Spicy tuna salad sounds good and different than I usually make it so that's fun. Beware..most of the pics are not true to the recipes. I am only on day ten of the book and I saw at least 6 recipes I want to try so huge win.

Sharon Simpson Thumann
I am so glad I have a kindle now and I feel you can make almost all recipes Whole30. Except for baking and desserts.
Sharon Simpson Thumann
A few recipes look interesting and wouldn't need to be modified much to make them compliant. Definitely worth the download.
