You can do this. One meal at a time. Make a list of the reasons you want to do it, make a list of what you'll do when unexpected detours come up (ie, stress or someone offering you cookies or wine etc) and stick to it. Eat enough at each meal so that you are easily going 4-5 hours in between. Pre-cook. Pre-shop. Pre-chop. Prep, prep, prep. Have a plan and use it. :)
