Jojo
I just tried this roasted cauliflower recipe and it was TO DIE FOR. 1 tsp paprika, unsweetened cocoa, salt, pepper, a few cloves garlic.... mix then microwave for 20 seconds with 2 tbsp coconut butter. Roast on 400 for 20 minutes. DELISH!
Terez
Ha -- I made that today too! A friend and I devoured the pan. Next time I'll use ghee instead of coconut oil. And I think I'll increase the quantity of the coating. The littlest pieces that had a lot of coating were the best. Yum, Yum!
Michele West
I'm making roasted cauliflower tonight and this is the recipe I'm using! Glad to know it's so good!

Pomme
I roasted cauliflower once and didn't care for it, but I bet the Well Fed recipe will cure me of that worldview.
AmyS
I should try it. I've been roasting it with just olive oil, salt, and cumin, and can't shovel it in fast enough. I have one kid who would probably eat it every day (I mix broccoli and cauliflower for this particular roast). Anyway, the added seasoning makes it sound even more delish. Michele West
It was pretty good! I used Ghee instead of coconut oil, but I don't think I used enough. It was a rich flavor, so a little went a long way.
Rachel Adkins
I've only just started cooking things out of Well Fed (love it). But I've made this roasted cauli before with ghee instead of butter and it's delish. http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Cauliflower-with-Mustard-Lemon-Butter-236506
Meg Hamilton
Thank you! I was planning making cauli-mash for dinner, but this will be much less clean up!!!
missmichelle82_
Would you say it tastes chocolatey? It's on my "to try" list from Well Fed but I'm not a chocolate fan. However, i did love the chocolate chili.
