JJinFF
I started On October 27, and I’m sticking with it. This season can be intimidating, but I’ve found it worthwhile. Apple season has been a nice alternative to the sugar dragon. There are Thanksgiving favorites that I will avoid, but there are so many great foods to enjoy. Hope you all have a happy celebration with family and friends today. I have much to be thankful for, including better health!
smcfad
Happy belated! I found Thanksgiving to be not as hard as i thought. I hosted it so was able to make the potatoes with coconut milk, chicken broth and ghee and I made my gravy with bone broth and arrow root powder. I made 3 kinds of veggies too. I found some breadless stuffing recipes but ended up just skipping the stuffing and cranberries for myself and let everyone else eat it and get bloated LOL...
