It is not particularly high fat, so it will probably not substitute completely for the fat someone would need in each meal if they're having a thumb-sized serving or two of it, although how much fat a person needs will vary from person to person so people will need to pay attention to how they feel and if they're able to go 4-5 hours between meals.

As a reminder, while certain SWYPO foods are specifically called out in the rules (pancakes and chips, for instance), this is kind of a gray area.
