Day 2

Hi, my name is Drew and today was my 2nd day of my first Whole30. Day one was a breeze, wish they would all be like that! Today, I thought I ate a really good breakfast but I was hungry early in the day so I snacked on an apple and some nuts. I ate my lunch early as well. Then I went home form work because I wasn't feeling well. I don't know if it was just because I was home that I was having major munchies or what. I had put a roast in the crockpot this morning so I ended up snacking on that. I know I'm not supposed to snack but I was happy at least that I stuck to the meat and didn't go for cheese or sugar (I thought about it!). My husband has said he would do this with me but he cheats, lol. I made him gluten free brownies tonight and I did not have any! Good thing since he said they tasted like cardboard, ha,ha. I haven't had the headache that many people have mentioned so we'll see if that comes later on.
