I have been eating Paleo/Primal since August 2012 but since October (read Halloween) have gone back to my terrible habits. As it is the end of the day, I am hungry since I ate dinner. I think I didn't eat enough today. I still need to make a grocery list and buy my food for my family before school starts next week. Kirsteen Posted January 4, 2013 Share Posted January 4, 2013 Hi Becky, welcome to the Forum. Yes, it takes a little while to work out how much you need to eat but you'll soon get the hang of it. I used to think that if I just ate a big enough dinner I'd be OK but W30 taught me, I have to eat enough at every meal to feel satisfied in the evening. Good luck and let us know how you get on.
