Second Day!

Hello everyone,

It's my second day and I'm enjoying this process! I'm so looking forward to finding out how I'm going to feel midway through this. I'm hoping for more energy, less brain fog, and better sleep at night. I find that I'm excited about what I'm going to cook because I love cooking and love figuring out new ways to incorporate veggies with lean meats. I have been reading over the forums and feel great knowing that so many of you like me, just want to eat better in order to feel better! Looking and feeling lighter a month from now wouldn't be too bad either :) Looking forward to reaping the results!
