My question is, what can I sub in for the lentils, since it needs something to bump up the nutrition and heartiness. I eat all things. Ground meat (whatever kind sounds good) -- either precooked, or add it after step 6 and let it cook with all the seasonings, then once it's cooked, finish the rest of the recipe.
