I suggest you really focus on making your meals meet the meal template (download it here:  https://whole30.com/pdf-downloads/), even if it feels like a lot of food. If you get your meals right, you'll find you won't really need snacks throughout the day because you'll be going 4-5 hours between meals.

Until you get to that point, good options you can keep in a desk drawer or locker at work are things like jerky or meat bars (there are some brands listed here, but any that have compliant ingredients are fine: https://whole30.com/whole30-approved/), olives, or cans or pouches of tuna or other fish.
