I've been reading some of the post, and everyone seems really negative about eating fruit as part of your diet. I have one piece a day either with breakfast or after lunch as a snack. I'm hoping the answer is we can eat it, because while I have no problem cutting out everything else, cutting out fruit would really be a huge blow for me.
