MarietteFrey2019
I'm leading a January Whole30 group and I've gotten several questions about continuing to take multi-vitamins during the journey. It got me to thinking- are mine compliant? I think they are but wanted to check in with the group. They are Rainbow Light Prenatal One- Vegan/gluten free. It says 'No gluten-wheat-milk-tree nuts-soy-eggs-fish or shellfish on the label. "Other Ingredients" says: natural mineral and vegetable source: microcrystalline cellulose, modified cellulose, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, silica. Coating is vegetable glaze. I searched prenatal vitamins in the forum and didn't see any definitive responses (unless I didn't go down far enough- there were 6 pages). Let me know your thoughts and I'll put it out to my group. The ultra-pure fish oil that goes with it contains soy bean oil so i'll hold off on that. Thoughts?
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted January 2, 2019 Moderators Share Posted January 2, 2019 based on these ingredients you've listed, this is fine. Be sure to check for any other ingredient list such as 'non medicinal ingredients' or 'less than 2%' listings.
