LiaTM Posted January 3, 2019 Share Posted January 3, 2019 I'm starting Whole 30 this Sunday on the 6th. I was in a program for about 8 years where I didn't eat sugar or flour, but have been eating both for the last 4-5 years. I've definitely gained weight, feel more sluggish, and have less peace when eating these foods. So, I'm ready to make a change, and to get my mind and body back on track!
