Why am I so Tired?

I’m in day 3 and have been following the plan as closely as possible.  But I am so tired!  My head hurts and my arthritis has really flared up,  I thought this “diet” was supposed to make you feel better, not worse.  Other plans I’ve been on, like Weight Watchers, I’ve always felt so energetic.  Can’t figure out what’s wrong.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Many thanks!

First off - the first couple days, then Days 10-12-ish are usually a bit rough. It's entirely possible that you're not eating enough, or possibly just not enough fat (WW is notorious for making people fat-phobic). Can you list out what you've eaten (with portion sizes) and water intake? That'll give the mods a chance to see what might need some tweaking.
