Kaisa’s second Whole30

I did my first Whole30 in the fall of 2017 to cope with a rioting food allergy. And I gain a lot of insight and lost a good number of kilos. One year later some of insights have diminished and I have gained weight

Instead of New Years resolutions I have given myself New Years opportunities one is to complete one Whole 30 each quarter of the year to come in better shape and be more aware of what to stay clear from food wise. 

Started Jan 3, so today is my 4th day. So far I have been ok, was very hungry and had cravings yesterday. Mastered it with compliant food. Felt great :) I even managed to “be good” on my baby boys 24 birthday party with donuts and cream cake.

Any one else struggling with food allergies?
