Enrika Posted January 9, 2019 Share Posted January 9, 2019 Hi! I’ve been following everything whole30 for years and read all Melissa’s and, at that time Dallas’, books. I wanted to actually try the program to reset my carb (especially bread in ice cream) addiction/bindging. I’m on my 8th day today and so far so good. I’m impressed how smooth (for the biggest part) it goes, how easy is to wait from breakfast to lunch to dinner. I’m not feeling as hungry as I thought I would be. To stay accountable, I’m journaling my food on my instagram (enjura). It does help me stay on track. Hope you are having a great januarywhole30!!
