Not so spicy

I am starting Whole 30 round two! My biggest challenge were the "spicy" recipes. I tried to broaden my horizon with new and different flavors. The majority were just too spicy. Heartburn is just no fun. Are there recipes without all the chili pepper, cumin and "heat". By the time i adapted for the spices that aggravate my system the flavor profile was gone. I am not a picky eater but just can't take the heat. Help :)

Look for recipes that use greek or italian seasoning... try making a sheet pan recipe where you put the veggies and meat all on a cookie sheet and then come up with your own flavor profile with spices you like.  Spagetti squash and meatballs, chicken salad, egg salad, hamburgers, chicken burgers, gyzoa inspired meatballs... check out www.meljoulwan.com and see what she's got, she does tons of different flavor profiles.... there are a LOT of options for items that don't have a heat profile.
