So... is anyone else dealing with brain fog? I seriously feel like I am losing my mind. It makes everything so much harder! I don't know if it is from my drastic change in food, the fact that I have an 11-month-old that doesn't sleep through the night, or a combo of both... and am still just so tired.

Are you salting your food? Drinking 1/2oz of water per pound of body weight?  Eating fat with each meal?  If you can provide some more details, maybe something will stand out or maybe it is just night time disruptions...

You are both probably right. I do salt my food and drink a ton of water. That being said, I don’t think I am eating enough fat with each meal. To the candida point, I was consistently eating a lot LOT more sugar this past year than I have done in a very long time, so it makes a lot of sense. 

Thanks for the comments - I appreciate you taking the time to help. I will def give it more time and make sure I eat enough, salt my food and drink a lot of water.
