Nwendlo1
I'm not sure where exactly to put this topic. I just finished It Starts With Food, where they had pictures of portion sizes (i.e. protein, fat). I was wondering if there was a portion size poster/cheat sheet with the pictures and everything. I'd like to put a quick reference on my fridge so that I know whether the amount of fat I need is a thumb-sized, or open fist sized. I can take pictures from the book and make one, but if such a thing exists already, then I'd just go for that! I'd also put the different levels of approved foods on there if it doesn't. Thank you!!
