Quick fat source on-the-go?

Soup is Whole30 Zuppa toscana...so it has some sausage and coconut milk in it already...and kale/potatoes. I might be ok, but it's not a giant serving.  I can always just use my emergency Chomps meat stick in the afternoon if I need something to fill in the blank before dinner.  Thanks for the quick tips.  I'm not a fan of olives, but I can grab an avocado or coconut flakes :)
