DeenaBean
I brought soup for lunch today, but I'm short on the fat I think. Any ideas on what I could grab at the store to add fat and keep me full enough to make it to dinner? I have a Whole Foods nearby that I could go to if needed. Moderators ShannonM816 Posted January 14, 2019 Moderators Share Posted January 14, 2019 Olives, an avocado, some premade guacamole (check ingredients), a small container of nuts or seeds, coconut flakes. Depending on what type of soup it is, you could stir in coconut milk.

DeenaBean
Soup is Whole30 Zuppa toscana...so it has some sausage and coconut milk in it already...and kale/potatoes. I might be ok, but it's not a giant serving. I can always just use my emergency Chomps meat stick in the afternoon if I need something to fill in the blank before dinner. Thanks for the quick tips. I'm not a fan of olives, but I can grab an avocado or coconut flakes
