Oci
I tried searching but found nothing on this,”Blue bowl”. Its a place in Orange California which sells organic bowls of lots of great tasting goodies, the only things I see not allowed are the apple honey, peanut butter and granola. Has anyone looked into this? This is my second day and I’m still reading the book, went head first maybe a lil too fast but we’re on track here. Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted January 14, 2019 Moderators Share Posted January 14, 2019 Is this a restaurant? You would need to look at the ingredients in each item that you wanted to eat to make sure that they were compliant. Ensure you are looking for all the sneaky sugars as well (there's a link to the pdf in my signature below). Based on the google search, the agave, and steel cut oats would be out also - this would not be an ideal choice for the Whole30 as it is extremely nut and seed heavy with no protein options by the looks of it. You would also want to find out the ingredients of the nut butters and what oil all the seeds and nuts are roasted in.

laura_juggles
That right there is a bowl of sugar. It's basically an ice cream sundae masquerading as something healthy.
