Lunch: Pesto chicken with roasted veggie medley and baby spinach

Dinner, I have people over and wanted quick, easy but somewhat nice, so:

Compliant:
Pressure cooker pork carnitas 
Guacamole 
Homemade pico de galo
Vegetable fajitas
Pick and mix adds of lettuce, red onion

Additional for the non-compliant folk:
Tortillas
Refried beans
Cheese and sour cream

Yesterday was not a great day - All I had was a Carnita, lettuce, salsa and Peri Peri mayo salad, and then a bunch of leftover Carnitas later on, and too much wine. Not an epic, horrid amount, but more than I have had since last year. I'm not hungover today, so it wasn't THAT much, But I feel badly about it.

Today, lunch was grilled flank steak topped with chimmichurri, grilled kohlrabi, steamed broccoli and asparagus on baby spinach with Peri Peri mayonnaise.

Really not sure on dinner yet.

Dinner ended up being the lamb and grilled sweet potato, but with sauteed green beans and carrots in pesto, and steamed cauli and brocc with pistachio dukkah :)

Today:

Lunch: Green thai chicken curry per the above

Dinner: I feel like a stew of some description. I'm not sure what, though. Maybe a beef stew.

Lunch: Leftover roast pork on lettuce, cucumber and radish, chimmichurri mayo and seared asparagus

Dinner: Beef stew (beef, carrot, mushrooms, potatoes, bone broth, little bit of tomato paste), with steamed broccoli and cauliflower

Lunch: Green Thai Curry chicken with veggies

Pre-work shindig meal: Hot smoked salmon and spicy kraut

Dinner: something quick and easy - I have a work shindig tonight, and it goes to 8pm though I'm hoping to get out earlier. I'm going to be dodging booze and canapes. Hence the eating beforehand.

OK, so today we reintroed SOY!

Lunch: Green Thai Curry chicken with veggies

Late afternoon: Wakari Miso soup

Dinner: Chicken thighs marinated in Tamari organic soy sauce, ginger, garlic, lime juice, sesame oil, stirfry veggies and cauli rice with the same marinade/sauce and edamame

Not a great day for food, I only had 1 actual meal, the rest was snacking but not really eating much 

Today's food:

Movie popcorn (non-compliant ingredients were corn and soy, but it was dairy free)

Jalapeno stuffed olives

Leftover roast pork

Steak with mashed cauli, brocc and sweet potato.

Lunch: Sashimi with soy sauce and pickled ginger, kale, spinach and mixed leaf salad with quinoa and miso vinigrette with sesame 

Dinner: chicken thigh in garlic ghee with mushrooms, mashed cauli, brocc and sweet potato, grilled arbali.

Lunch: Pink salmon patties made with mashed potato, spicy cashew dukkah, and an egg to bind it, steamed broccoli and grilled arabali.

Dinner: Seared flake with lemon and dill ghee sauce, grilled arabali, seasoned potato wedges, roasted broccoli, cauli, pumpkin, and radishes.

Lunch: Eggplant and alabali bolognaise pesto bake

Dinner: Lamb and pinenut meatballs with garlic and lemon tahini, served with  pumpkin and parsnip puree, roasted cauli, brocc, radish and beetroot in spicy cashew dukkah

Dinner will probably be steak and veg, we have tickets to a show and won't be home until about 8:30 so it's quick to defrost and eat before it gets too late.

Got home late so dinner was an omelette with the last salmon pattie broken up in it, mushroom, capsicum, and sundried tomatoes.

Had wine last night, too much if I'm to be honest 

So, so happy it's the weekend. I'm going to make some food this weekend, thinking Italian sausage, and I have a piece of bacon that needs smoking.

Forgot my lunch!!

So I hit the supermarket and ended up having a 2 egg omelette with 3 yolks (double yolker!) with pink salmon, mixed with superfood slaw and drizzled with lemon juice and olive oil, with a bit of hot sauce. 

Dinner.... hmm.... dinner, hey? No idea. It's Friday and I like to get creative on Friday, but on the other hand... laaaaazy :)

Last night's dinner - steak, potato salad with baby potatoes, dill pickles, boiled eggs, jamon, mayo, seeded mustard and fresh dill

 

Brunch today: Shakshuka!

Lunch: Leftover potato salad.

Dinner: Turkey drums, mashed potato, pumpkin, parsnip, calariac and ghee with steamed broccoli and cauliflower and turkey gravy :)

Brunch: seasoned roasted arabali, pumpkin, potato, mushroom, cherry tomatoes and capsicum with 2 eggs fried in duck fat. 

Dinner: Turkey drums, mashed potato, pumpkin, parsnip, calariac and ghee with steamed broccoli and cauliflower and turkey gravy :) - because we didn't eat it last night.

Ended up making, and eating curried pumpkin and cauli soup yesterday - yum!

I'm sick, both husbter and I have nasty colds. we're home from work, and I'm hungry but I don't want anything. Plus, I don't want to move. SIGH.
