sammyo29
I’m currently on day 15 of my first Whole30! I’m currently a college student and started it while I was at home and knew it would overlap with school and didn’t think it would be much of an issue at all. My classes are about to start up again and the problem is, I forgot I enrolled in a wine making/wine tasting class for the semester!! If I drop it at this point, I won’t graduate on time so that’s not really an option. My instructor explained we aren’t even really allowed to drink the wine, simply we have to put it in our mouths and spit it back out. Will this completely ruin my Whole30? I’m not using the wine for any sugar or alcohol rush...I’m really only doing this because my education is dependent. I don’t want to give up my current progress now! Thank you! Moderators ShannonM816 Posted January 15, 2019 Moderators Share Posted January 15, 2019 We've had chefs and other people who needed to taste non-Whole30 foods do this. It definitely won't ruin your Whole30.
