Clarels
Heads up for Lantus users: At about day 7 I started having hypoglycemia at night or morning (BS at 60). Fortunately i had some mandarin tangerines handy .I've begun titrating my insulin dose down. I haven't seen very much in forum about managing diet change with use of extended release insulin. Might you all get an expert to weigh in?

You should be speaking to your doctor about any diet changes you make and how it may or may not affect your insulin use.
