Week One Completed!!

My partner and I started the Whole30 on Janurary 14 and I'm proud to say, we have stuck with it to a T (except, I must add, for communion on Sunday....). We feel GREAT! We're both sleeping better, have much less acid reflux, and we're really looking forward to continuing and experiencing a healthier relationship with food. Yay!!
