Last week I realized that there was sugar in my garlic and parsley mix that I had purchased.....since then I haven't had it. I'm wondering....since this mishap, would it be best if I did another 30 starting the day after I realized I had been consuming sugar? I feel great and want this to continue. Thanks! Moderators ShannonM816 Posted January 24, 2019 Moderators Share Posted January 24, 2019 The idea is to have 30 straight days completely compliant, so if you want to think of it as starting a new Whole30 on the first day you didn't have that product, or if you want to call what you're doing a Whole (30+however many days), either way works.
