I am following reintroduction as it is layed out and today I reintroduced non gluten grains. I ate a small amount of corn and corn oil and I am feeling pretty violently ill. My stomach is super upset, nauseous for hours on the verge of throwing up. Since I’ve found an irritant already this early on, and my gut is now likely inflamed and irritated will this mess up how I am affected by others? Babsie95 Posted January 25, 2019 Share Posted January 25, 2019 That's the purpose of the whole30 days in between. Typically 2 days but more if needed.
