Everything seems to be sweet potato heavy

Potatoes, sweet potatoes, other root vegetables like beets, parsnips, turnips, rutabaga, and carrots, winter squashes like butternut or acorn squash, and plantains are all considered starchy vegetables. Most people seem to do well with a fist-sized serving of starchy vegetables each day. Some people, particularly those who are very active, those who are prone to anxiety or depression, or those who are pregnant, nursing, or in the week or so leading up to their periods, may need more. Some people do fine with less. It's really something you can decide for yourself. Just be sure you're having a variety of vegetables, not just all potatoes  or sweet potatoes, and you should be fine.
