Taj Posted February 1, 2019 Share Posted February 1, 2019 Day 12 on 3 occasions now I've had almond butter w apples or walnuts on my salad. Hours later symptoms from the hiatal hernia I'm here to overcome - thats constant belching, can't swallow to catch my breathe for the belching. I'll be continuing without them. Just remember for the purposes of Whole30, nuts are considered a fat not a protein (altho they do have a touch of protein) and should be limited (think a closed handful of whole nuts every other day or so at the most).
