NUTS appear to be the culprit of gas and bloating

Day 12 on 3 occasions now I've had almond butter w apples or walnuts on my salad.  Hours later symptoms from the hiatal hernia I'm here to overcome - thats constant belching, can't swallow to catch my breathe for the belching.  I'll be continuing without them.  Anyone else have nut sensitivities?

Just remember for the purposes of Whole30, nuts are considered a fat not a protein (altho they do have a touch of protein) and should be limited (think a closed handful of whole nuts every other day or so at the most).
