TalyaT Posted February 5, 2019 Share Posted February 5, 2019 I'm four days in, and so far, so good! I'm not used to eating breakfast, so that's a big change for me, though I love breakfast foods. I'm here because of my dysfunctional, obsessive relationship with food, weight gain, bloating, and just a blah feeling. A big challenge is cooking for the 7 non-whole30 members of my family.... although my 18 year old wants to eat the yummy food I've been eating!
