John Fick Posted February 5, 2019 Share Posted February 5, 2019 Hello! I'm meeting somebody at a restaurant tonight and am looking for a Whole30 option. Their menu says they have baked chicken wings. If I order them plain, and use some franks red hot, am I safe? Is there anything else to watch out for that they may be using to prepare them other then me asking for them completely plain, no sauce/rubs?
