MightyMaddie
Hello! I am on day 3 of my Whole30 journey. Yay! My question is in regards to the serving sizes as listed in the book. Let's take the spinach frittata for example. The book explains how it serves two, so my thought is you cut it right down the middle to save half for tomorrow. The book also recommends eating it with avocado and fruit. Isn't that... A lot of food? Am I missing something here? I am running into these same issues with other recipes and portion sizes. Monday night's spaghetti squash was a good example, because I just couldn't finish the entire plate and had it for both lunch and dinner the next day. Any advice or encouragement would be great. Thanks! -Maddie
Moderators ultrarunnergirl Posted February 6, 2019 Moderators Share Posted February 6, 2019 When in doubt, stick to the Meal Template recommendations (these are minimums, so feel free to eat more). With eggs, you need a little more than you would if you were eating ground beef, for example.
