So happy this kind of group exists! Im looking to start my Journey March 11th, and I want to make sure I have no distractions of any kind, while I’m on this journey for those 30 days. Ive been battling postpartum anxiety on and off since I had my son back in June of 2017. I’ve herd so many great things about this meal plan, and I’m excited to see what amazing results it will bring me. :)
