Hi,  I'm on my 21st day, and have been helped so much by reading what fellow W30'ers post on the Forum.  I have been lucky to have people sharing their recipes and tips with me, and that has been so helpful.  I definitely suggest fully reading theWhole30 rules and recommendations and following all of it.  I didn't read everything first, and although I have been compliant food-wise, I wasn't following all of the recommendations regarding meal timing, and the need for fats to satiate your appetite, so it may take me longer to break some of my wanting to snack habits.   

The best advice I can give is to plan your meals, buy your groceries (be sure to read the labels - especially for added sugar), make time to prep, plan ahead for busy times and/or early morning times, really anytime that you would grab somethine because you're starving and don't have time to make something.
