ericmckmom
Has anyone found an appliance that will chop/dice sweet potatoes? There are lots of different food processors and non electric choppers but I never trust the reviews. I can slice them with a mandolin but nothing I own chops them. Thanks! SchrodingersCat
I just have a decent chefs' knife! I've had choppers in the past, but find they're uneven or a pain to clean. My food processor does have a "chip" attachment that makes fat fries, but because you have to have the lid on the feed through the tube, you still have to cut them to size and the chips are not very long. Much easier to cut them myself.
Lorna from Canada
I have a very expensive KitchenAid Chopper that attaches to my KitchenAid stand mixer and it does an awesome job of making uniform chopped cubes of things. I know this because, in the 2 years that I have owned it, I used it one time. Like Schrod, I use my knife.
