NJdieter Posted February 23, 2019 Share Posted February 23, 2019 For what it is worth, today is day 23 for me and I have been awake between 1-4:30am almost every day since starting this program. I usually manage to fall asleep just in time for my 4:45am alarm. The tips in the article haven't helped and I don't drink coffee/anything else with caffeine either.
