I just bought a container of GOYA Garlic Powder .  It tastes very sharp and salty . I cannot find ingredients anywhere . Not on the container, not their web page .  If the only ingredient is Garlic it still be printed .  This makes me feel there are some other things in there . How can I find out .

If the only ingredient is garlic, they don't have to print the ingredients list, because it just is what it says it is on the label. If you look at other spices, they don't necessarily print ingredients for single spices, although there may be brands that do, but for instance if you have a jar of cinnamon that's just cinnamon, it doesn't need to have a place on the label that lists ingredients because it's only that one thing.

I am not sure why yours would taste salty, I tasted mine (a different brand) and it just tastes garlicky. The only way I know that you could double check what's in it would be to contact the company and ask.
