Mary Ann Sawka Posted February 23, 2019 Share Posted February 23, 2019 I just bought a container of GOYA Garlic Powder . It tastes very sharp and salty . I cannot find ingredients anywhere . Not on the container, not their web page . If the only ingredient is Garlic it still be printed . This makes me feel there are some other things in there . How can I find out . If you look at other spices, they don't necessarily print ingredients for single spices, although there may be brands that do, but for instance if you have a jar of cinnamon that's just cinnamon, it doesn't need to have a place on the label that lists ingredients because it's only that one thing. I am not sure why yours would taste salty, I tasted mine (a different brand) and it just tastes garlicky.
