Inon
Hey, I just started the Whole30 yesterday pretty spontaneously and I give it a real chance. My purpose is to restart my skin while I have mild rosacea, I'm definitely not looking to lose weight. Quitting wine and whiskey on social events which I pretty involved with is my biggest challenge. I'm not into smoking weed but I do enjoy once a while eating cannabis mints or cannabis gummies. Assuming those are not containing any added sugar any other forbidden ingredients, Any reason related to the diet I can't have cannabis mints or cannabis gummies. This two are my favorite: https://kivaconfections.com/products/petra/moroccan-mint https://www.plusproducts.com/products I'll appreciate an honest answer without having full discussions about cannabis yes or no. Thanks
Administrators ladyshanny Posted February 25, 2019 Administrators Share Posted February 25, 2019 Melissa addressed this in a public Facebook post. Read and decide. (and I would venture that any cannabis edible is going to have non-compliant ingredients in it) https://www.facebook.com/Whole30/posts/melissa-here-ive-read-two-articles-today-on-how-to-stay-whole30-compliant-withou/1711955115548066/

Thanks Straight up the Kiva ones are non-compliant, the main ingredient is Xylitol, and they contain stevia. As for the Plus, I'd be astounded if they are compliant - I cannot imagine how they would make a fruit gummy without sugar, sweeteners or other non-compliant ingredients.
