Becky Rynkiewicz Dodson
the ingredients say sugar, the nutritional info says 0g of sugar...im not cooking it until i hear yes or no...tho i imagine the answer is no...but is there really that much sugar in it if it doesn't even register as a carb? i've searched and see that a lot of you make your own bacon. i could try that, i suppose...or just not eat meat for breakfast, lol. Susan W
It's a no. The FDA allows a certain amount of sugar to be still called zero percent. Dallas and Melissa don't allow the same.
Michaela Elmore Cogswell
We're going to make our own. I'm working on a source of local pork belly, but in the meantime check the proscuitto and pancetta. Often they are just pork and salt. Plus you can also order from US Wellness meats.
