Starting 3/18/19

I'm a 51 year old, mama. I decided this is going to be my year to get my health and body in good working order. I have 45 pounds to lose! But more than that I want to be healthy, my cholesterol isn't great, my blood sugar is hovering in the pre-diabetic range, and I feel sluggish, I'm not on any meds and I don't want to be. I bought a Peloton so I can ride, and I have a trainer so I can build some muscle. This is definitely the missing link for me...the diet part...I'm a carb addict, who doesn't love bread? My sweet son is doing the 30 days with me. Pantry clean out and grocery run are happening tomorrow! I'm excited yet nervous!
