Knowing tomorrow is day one is making me want a piece of cake...and I don’t even eat cake! Will be challenging because I’m going it alone, but hubby will definitely enjoy all of the meat dishes. Most worried about what to eat at 5am, when I get up and go work out before work. No time For much and my go to snack was an Oatmega protein bar.
