Knowing tomorrow is day one is making me want a piece of cake...and I don’t even eat cake! Will be challenging because I’m going it alone, but hubby will definitely enjoy all of the meat dishes. Most worried about what to eat at 5am, when I get up and go work out before work. No time For much and my go to snack was an Oatmega protein bar. You could hard boil some eggs ahead of time and have an egg with a bit of mayo. Or precook some chicken or meatballs. Or have a spoonful of almond or coconut butter.
