Just checking in to say hello and ask for some good juju! Knowing tomorrow is day one is making me want a piece of cake...and I don’t even eat cake! Will be challenging because I’m going it alone, but hubby will definitely enjoy all of the meat dishes. Most worried about what to eat at 5am, when I get up and go work out before work. No time For much and my go to snack was an Oatmega protein bar. I know Lara Bars are only supposed to be for emergencies, but if I have a half before exercise, is that ok?

You really want protein and/or fat pre-workout. You could hard boil some eggs ahead of time and have an egg with a bit of mayo. Or precook some chicken or meatballs. Or have a spoonful of almond or coconut butter. You may have to try a couple of different options to see what works best for you.
