DeniseM1007 Posted March 29, 2019 Share Posted March 29, 2019 Hi, I am a newbie, just got my book a few days ago. LOVE IT!!! I have a hard time putting it down. It is just what I needed. I have lived off junk food and fast food for as long as I can remember. I never have vegetables and rarely fruit (and by rarely, I mean maybe a couple times a month if that). I am sure I am going to be miserable the first half of this process from eating like crap for so many decades. I am scared to make this change, but I am finally ready. I HAVE to change for not only myself, but to show my children anything you put your mind and heart into---you can change. If anyone, has any pointers, I will gladly take them. Whooohoooooo!
