You'll have to check the ingredients for whatever variety you're looking at. If all the ingredients are okay, then it's fine. It's hard to find sausage that doesn't have sugar or some kind of sweetener, and soy shows up in all sorts of things. Just review the rules (https://whole30.com/whole30-program-rules/), check the label, and if there's something you're not sure about, try googling Whole30 plus that ingredient, and if you can't find anything then, come back and ask here in the forum.
