Kelli70
So I am very new to Whole30 - planning on starting May 1 so I can prepare my kitchen and pantry. One thing I read was to cut out the in-between snacks and to stick to meals 4.5 - 5 hours apart. This is where my problem is. I eat my breakfast around 4:30/5:00 am. I get a break around 9 and my lunch isn't until 11:30/12, which is around 7 hours between meals. Any suggestions? We eat dinner between 5/5:30 so the afternoon is not a problem. laura_juggles
In that case, you could have a mini meal at your break time, for sure. That's way too long a stretch to try to go without food. Smaller portions of protein, veg, and fat would be ideal just to get you over the hump.
