Kelli70 3 Posted April 4, 2019 Share Posted April 4, 2019 So I am very new to Whole30 - planning on starting May 1 so I can prepare my kitchen and pantry. One thing I read was to cut out the in-between snacks and to stick to meals 4.5 - 5 hours apart. This is where my problem is. I eat my breakfast around 4:30/5:00 am. I get a break around 9 and my lunch isn't until 11:30/12, which is around 7 hours between meals. Any suggestions? We eat dinner between 5/5:30 so the afternoon is not a problem. laura_juggles 536 Posted April 4, 2019 Share Posted April 4, 2019 In that case, you could have a mini meal at your break time, for sure. That's way too long a stretch to try to go without food. Smaller portions of protein, veg, and fat would be ideal just to get you over the hump. Link to post Share on other sites
