RaeDawnOnly
... but didn't! Phew!! I was feeling lazy, tired, and blah tonight and my hubby offered to order kebabs instead of having me cook. Sweet of him and was very tempting, but I just couldn't bring myself to eat that after 5 days in. I'm sure I could've found meat and a salad, but it wouldn't have been that good anyway and I would have felt like a lame-o. I remembered that we'd bought a few things at the store the other night and in less than 10 minutes, I made us some really filling and healthy salads with tuna, avo, and veggies. I'm so glad I made the right choice!
fergie
Great job!! I am really finding this forum and the daily emails helpful in helping me keep accountable to myself.... Been telling everyone around what I'm doing, even if they don't want to know, just to help with them not tempting me with bad food choices. Again, good for you, sticking to your personal goals of better health!
Kirsteen
Well done, with the good choices. I think half the battle is to have really easy things to hand, so when you are tired and don't feel like cooking, there's things you can just through together, so well done you. Colleen Roy
Right there with you last night! Except for me, NOT having ingredients in the house was what saved me! We had steaks with oven roasted asparagus last night, and all I could think was, "gee, a martini would be SO delicious with this dinner." Fortunately, we didn't have the fixings, my husband had the willpower to NOT offer to go get them and we stayed on track. I woke up feeling better for it this morning. New day, new opportunity to stay successful. Happy Sunday!
Candice@allthingsyogi
Good work! When you are feeling like this try to do something else to take your mind off food and the way you are feeling. Also, a little bit-o-fat like avocado or a few cashews helps too
