R1D1 Healing my gut!

Today, (4/15/19) is day one of Whole30 for me. 

Breakfast is Chia seed pudding (coconut milk and chia seeds with kiwi, strawberry slices, and sliced almonds) and a hard boiled egg

Lunch is a Chicken salad with tahini dressing, grapes, almonds, celery, green onion, fresh dill, and avocado 

Dinner is Pork Ribs in the instant pot tossed with the Primal Kitchen brand BBQ sauce and a side of asparagus
